Third Street Alliance has several spaces that are available for event rentals to give your next special event a historic and elegant touch.
Our historic Dining Room, Parlor and Grand Reception Area provide a graceful atmosphere for your next bridal shower, wine tasting, or another special event. Hermon Simon’s library can accommodate meetings, classes, conferences or serve as a spot for cocktails before dinner.
For larger parties, our auditorium and gymnasium transform nicely into a banquet room suitable for birthdays, weddings, receptions and more. The stage is great for concert performances. The gym is also available for sports practices.
