UPCOMING EVENTS and FUNDRAISERS
No Child Left Behind, August 20, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Get your child ready for the school year with free school supplies and a haircut. Organized by Steve Flowers and hosted by Third Street Alliance, this free community event is a first-come, first serve basis for all K-12 students in the Easton area. All students must be accompanied by an adult. For those getting a haircut, students must come with clean, ready-to-cut hair.
Donations for the event can be dropped off at Third Street Alliance between now and Aug. 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Donations can also be dropped off at Suddenly Samantha Salon, Common Space, Just Around the Corner, The State Theatre, Dave’s Automotive and Sen. Lisa Boscola’s Wilson Office.
Volunteers are needed for set-up on Aug. 19 and the event on Aug. 20. If interested, contact Lynn Ondrusek, Community Outreach and Communications Manager, at 610-438-9434 or at LOndrusek@thirdstreetalliance.org. For more info.
