Here at Third Street Alliance, we recognize the importance of children having a solid relationship with their fathers. Fathers and father figures are irreplaceable influences in a child’s life, and too many of our resident children do not have their biological fathers as a part of theirs. To celebrate the bond between fathers and their children, we host Donuts with Dad each year around Father’s Day, when our Learning Center kids can bring their dads and father figures to visit.
They share donuts and other refreshments while spending some quality time together as a family. We look forward to continuing this tradition, one of our most heartwarming events. This year’s Donuts with Dad was full of smiles, as you can see from the pictures below.
