History of the Bistro

The very first Bistro took place in 1996 after Chef Elizabeth Mulrine visited Third Street Alliance to donate leftover food from a catered event. Witnessing firsthand the agency’s vital role in the Easton community, she was inspired to do more — leading to the start of the Bistro.

Year after year, the Bistro became a cherished tradition which brings the community together in support of Third Street Alliance’s mission to serve those in need.

As you can see from past photos, the event has evolved over time, featuring a variety of themes and even custom Bistro bears. With this year marking the final Bistro, we aim to make it the most unforgettable one yet.

Bistro tickets are still available until March 28th, 2025—purchase yours here! Unable to attend? Please consider contributing to the Fund-A-Need, where every donation directly supports our housing and early childhood education programs.
